| Ms. Bea's Cooney Kitchen |
| The Lodge kitchen is finally fully functional. We named the Lodge kitchen in honor of Ms. Bea Sheppard in recognition of her generous donations to the building fund that helped to complete the kitchen. We are planning to have a Sunday morning Breakfast beginning on November 1st. The price will be $4.00 per person. Hours will be 8 - 11am. Guests and family members are welcome. To start out the following menu is being considered and we will see where it goes from there: 2 Eggs (anyway you want them) Bacon & Sausage (patties or links) Sausage Gravy Hash Brown Potatoes or Home Fries Hot Biscuits or Toast Milk, Juice, or Coffee Now that our "smoke free" dining/meeting room is finished and usable we would also like to expand our Friday evening buffet dinners and offer that meal to more than just the bar games players in the Social Quarters. Currently we are serving between 20-30 dinners on Friday evenings from 5-8pm. The menu varies but for the most part we are serving quality home cooked meals for $5.00 a plate. Take outs are welcome. One Friday per month we will have steak/prime rib for $15.00 a plate. Look for the Friday evening menus on the event calendar. |
